For a long time the collectors of PenDelfin wished for a membership they could call their own. In 1992 their wish was finally granted as the PenDelfin Family Circle was created, with the launch of the first membership gift, Herald, and the first exclusive members only model, Bosun. Both are equally valuable and proved to be very popular.
Of course every membership needs a logo, and the Family Circle was no different. Therefore one was created, which along with the name "Family Circle" are meant to show the coming together of the friends and family of PenDelfin collectors.
Although PenDelfin's Family Circle has grown over the years, with much of its success owed to its successful Canadian launch, which incidentally is where the first export venture for PenDelfin began.
The circle now includes well over 7000 members in the United Kingdom along with many more worldwide, and growing all the time. It brings together a wide variety of people with many different backgrounds, uniting them with a common interest, which, of course is collecting PenDelfin.
The main purpose of the Family Circle is to allow collectors to share their thoughts with fellow collectors, share ideas and views and to express their joy of collecting PenDelfin. Further it provides an opportunity to enhance their collection.
